Tang Siu Ning

(1) The licensee shall not, and shall not hold himself out to: (a) negotiate or arrange any new contract of insurance; (b) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, a person to enter into any new contract of insurance; (c) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, any person to make a decision to make an application or proposal for a new contract of insurance; and (d) give regulated advice on making an application or proposal for a new contract of insurance. (2) The licensee shall not receive or hold any monies as specified in section 71(2) of the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41) (i.e. (a) monies received by a licensed insurance broker company from or on behalf of a policy holder or potential policy holder for or on account of an insurer in connection with a contract of insurance; and (b) monies received by a licensed insurance broker company from or on behalf of an insurer for or on account of a policy holder or potential policy holder).
