The Company shall not, and shall not hold itself out to: (a) negotiate or arrange any contract of insurance with a new client; (b) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, a new client to enter into any contract of insurance; (c) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, a new client to make a decision for making of an application or proposal for a contract of insurance; (d) give regulated advice on making an application or proposal for a contract of insurance to a new client.
